OUTS:
-In a two on two wiffle ball game there are only two outs per half inning.
-In a three on three game there are three outs per half inning.
-Any grounder or pop up that is fielded cleanly is an out.
-Three strikes is an out at all times..
PITCHING:
-Five balls is a walk at all times.
-In a two on two wiffle ball game each player must pitch at least two half innings a piece.
-If a pitcher gives up three or more runs in a two on two game he could be replaced and his half inning is fulfulled. He still must pitch another half inning.
-In a three on three whiffle ball game each player is required to pitch at least one complete half inning or if he gives up four or more runs he can be replaced and his half inning is fulfilled.
-If a pitcher drops a grounder but picks it up within the circle of the mound, he can still get the out if he can throw and hit the tin of the strike zone.
FAIR/FOUL
-Any ball hit that touches the side walls of the right or left field lines is foul. If a ball touches or goes into the garage it is foul.
-Any ball that does not cross the first line on the field, which is approximately ten feet from home plate, is foul.
-Any ball that does not touch the side walls that goes in between the two flag poles of left and right field is fair.
SINGLE:
-Any ball that is dropped or goes through the playing field to the back wall is a single.
-If a ball is caught off the back wall it is a single.
-If a ball is caught on one hop that crosses the second line it is a single if the player cannot hit the tin of the strike zone. The player must also make the throw within three seconds as if he were playing short trying to throw a runner out at first. It is illegal to adjust the ball in your hand before making the throw.
-Any bll hit that goes off the top of the staircase is a single.
DOUBLE:
-Any ball that hits off the back wall untouched and not caught on the carom is a double.
-If a ball is caught off the railing or center field camera it is a double.
TRIPLE:
-Any ball that hits the railing, center field camera or goes into the staircase is a triple.
HOMER:
-Any ball that goes over the back wall in fair territory is a homer. If a ball strikes the flag poles it is a homer even if the ball comes back into the park.
DOUBLE PLAY:
-When there is a man on first if a grounder is caught cleanly a double play may occur if the player can throw and hit the tin of the strike zone.
COMPLETE GAME:
-Seven full innings constitutes a complete game unless the game is tied then of course it will go into extra innings. This is standard for a two on two game or a three on three game.
-If a particular team is up ten or more runs after five complete innings then the ten run rule applies and it is a complete game.
MISC. RULES:
-Tag up. If there is a runner on base and the batter hits a pop up and yells tag up, the fielder must catch the ball cleanly and hit the tin of the strike zone to complete the double play. If the fielder misses the strike zone the runner advances one base.
-The only time a batter can be awarded first base when being hit by a pitch is if he is struck on the head.
